The 15 best Streetwear Brands to follow in 2027

Marques streetwear à suivre

In 2027, the best streetwear brands to follow mix established labels, premium streetwear, French brands, new streetwear brands and upcoming streetwear brands on the rise. Corteiz, Mertra, 12LUNES and Palace all share one thing: a strong identity, a clear vision and pieces that leave a mark.

An Instagram account that vanishes overnight, a rapper posing next to a live alligator: streetwear had no shortage of stories in 2026. Brands born online opened their own storefronts without letting go of their communities, from London to Madrid, from Melbourne to Ghent. Here are the 15 streetwear brands to follow closely in 2027.

1. Corteiz

In 2026, Corteiz showed what a community is worth when a storefront disappears. On April 16 and 17, the London brand’s Instagram account, 1.6 million followers built up over eight years, was deactivated without explanation. It was restored the very next day, but by then Clint419 had already sent his followers to WhatsApp. A community that follows the brand off the platforms is exactly what Clint419 has been building from the start.

A few weeks later, from June 5 to July 10, the “RULESTHEWORLDCUP Tour” was announced in eleven cities in step with the World Cup, with locations revealed barely 48 hours ahead. The summer collection dressed several nations, from France to Morocco by way of Ghana and Mexico, with reworked federation crests and no FIFA license.

In the autumn, the relationship with Nike took the form of the Shox R419, a shoe that borrows the founder’s alias, unveiled in three colorways and expected for the holidays. Corteiz keeps turning every drop into an event, and you can follow its announcements outside Instagram too.

2. Mertra

2026 confirmed the international reach of Mertra. Launched in Melbourne in 2022 by Aron with 5,000 Australian dollars, the brand also has a foot in London, where its creator lives. If you like Scuffers or Corteiz, Mertra should speak to you.

Its signature is campaigns shot where nobody goes: a cave 70 meters underground, a prison, Mont Blanc. In October, Mertra brought together rapper Nemzzz and a live alligator more than two meters long in a London studio, to present a 24-piece autumn collection released on October 23. The standout piece, a hooded shell jacket printed with crocodiles, sums up the spirit of the brand: technical and graphic.

At the end of 2025, Mertra had already signed a collab with Umbro, proof that it can also talk to the big names in sport. But the image of the reptile next to Nemzzz is what will stay with us from its year: at Mertra, you watch a campaign like a short film.

3. 12LUNES

12LUNES is a French streetwear brand that uses the night as its playground. Launched in 2020, it takes its name from the twelve lunar cycles of a year: none of them ever comes back, so you keep moving, even when everyone else is asleep. That idea guides every piece, rather than the trend of the moment.

12LUNES chose to move at its own pace, far from the hype. No product just to fill a calendar, no loud logo, no collab without a reason: a piece only comes out when it’s ready. The cuts are worked with particular care, and the difference plays out in the details, in the places you don’t expect them.

In 2026, this vision took the form of 12LUNES ESSENTIALS, a permanent range designed as the foundation of the wardrobe rather than as one more collection, available in four shades: Charcoal, Graphite, Cobalt and Ultraviolet. Understated pieces, made for everyday wear, that the next collections will build on.

In 2027, 12LUNES speaks to those who want streetwear that tells a story, without getting lost in the noise. If you’re discovering the brand, the Full Zip ESSENTIALS is a good way into its world.

4. Buchan

Buchan is first and foremost a story. Elijah launched his Belgian brand at 16, with 115 euros and ten printed t-shirts. He sewed his first pair of pants on his stepmother’s machine, learning on YouTube, and the first attempts didn’t work out. Six years later, Buchan came close to one million euros in revenue in 2025, and was aiming for at least double that in 2026.

The piece that got it noticed is its reversible fleece, worn on one side or the other depending on your mood. In 2026, its rain jacket with a cheetah print that only appears on contact with water made the rounds on social media. Buchan also widened its wardrobe with a cheetah puffer, a croc jacket and even swimwear: bold animal prints in strong colors, from green to ruby red.

With more than 600,000 followers on Instagram and 90,000 on TikTok, Buchan is changing scale, and its creator now wants to sign with major retailers abroad. Next time you come across one of its fleeces, think of the stepmother’s sewing machine: that’s where he learned to sew.

5. Scuffers

In 2026, Scuffers, the Madrid streetwear brand born online, took its stores across borders. At the end of March, it opened its first permanent store outside Spain, on Amsterdam’s Kalverstraat. On June 19, it moved into Milan, on Corso di Porta Ticinese, on the first day of men’s Fashion Week. Scuffers now has seven stores.

This expansion didn’t come at the expense of the aesthetic behind its success. For the summer, the “Guapo.” campaign brought in actor Arón Piper, known for the series Elite, around the widest collection the brand has ever offered. Still the same relaxed energy, easy-to-wear cuts, soft colors and that way of turning everyday life into a style playground.

Going from the screen to a European store network without losing its community is the bet Scuffers took on this year. With Cold Culture and Nude Project, it forms a trio of Spanish streetwear brands born online, with three different ways of moving into stores.

6. Broken Planet

Broken Planet was born in London in 2020, in the middle of lockdown. Behind the brand are two Lithuanians, Lukas and Indrė, and a simple idea: limited runs, materials like recycled polyester, and never letting a piece become ordinary. Six years later, it still works in drops.

In 2026, the brand kept up an almost continuous release pace, from “Luv My Planet” in February to “Airport Basics” at the end of October. Each release works like a date in the calendar, with its heavy hoodies, washed tracksuits and graphics you recognize at first glance. Even its name got lighter: the brand now simply goes by Broken Planet.

Broken Planet makes little noise in the press, and everything goes through the community. If you’re looking for streetwear brands like Corteiz, where rarity is part of the DNA, this one is worth a look. It’s also copied by many fake sites: before ordering, check the address, and only go through brokenplanet.com.

7. Cold Culture

Founded in Madrid in 2021 by Martina and Andrés, Cold Culture went in a few years from online drops to a real store network, and 2026 marked a new acceleration. Behind the openings is still the same idea: turning a community born online into very real places, where people come as much for the atmosphere as for the pieces.

This year, its Madrid flagship moved to Calle Fuencarral, the starting point of a new growth plan. On April 24, the brand opened its first permanent store in Italy, in Milan, on Corso di Porta Ticinese, after a test pop-up. In May, it launched its first store entirely dedicated to women, in Madrid. On the clothing side, Cold Culture stays true to what made its name: loose cuts, carefully worked washes, bold logos and a spirit deeply rooted in Spanish street culture.

Cold Culture and Scuffers actually cross paths in Milan, on the same Corso di Porta Ticinese. If you like one, there’s a good chance the other will speak to you. Two storefronts, one street, and the same Madrid energy carried over to Italy.

8. Flower Instincts

Flower Instincts is first and foremost a garage story, in France. Founded in 2021 by Alexis and Shafik, both from Thionville, with no investors and no contacts in the industry, the brand started with a hand-drawn logo, a pre-order page and three designs. The early days were rough: frozen pre-order funds, a Portuguese supplier pulling out, goods stuck at customs. Its small community bought anyway, and those orders funded a full year of visiting workshops in Portugal, all the way to the one in Felgueiras.

In 2026, Flower Instincts took a decisive step by opening its first store on February 28, at Cloche d’Or in Luxembourg, five years after the garage. In June, the Dar El Nouar collection, created with Maison RJCP, went off to Tangier, with Italian suede and fifty hand-painted boxes. Before that, the brand had already set foot in the United States at ComplexCon Las Vegas in 2024, and released Pizza Delamama with Mister V. Several of its collections also take on a serious subject, addiction, from Tobacco, inspired by cigarette packs, to Opium.

Today the brand claims more than 25,000 customers. If you order online, go through the official site.

9. Supreme

Two years after its purchase by eyewear giant EssilorLuxottica, for 1.5 billion dollars, Supreme had a much-noticed 2026. Presenting the autumn-winter collection, Highsnobiety wrote that Supreme “isn’t just back”: the brand looks like a true lifestyle again.

Spring-summer set the tone with a second MM6 Maison Margiela capsule, an apparel-only Jordan Brand collection, Mitchell & Ness, and Vanson Leathers pieces inspired by Spider-Man. Autumn-winter followed with more than thirty collaborations according to Complex: a Jeff Hamilton leather jacket covered in box logos and limited to 38 pieces, Larry Clark, Nike, Swarovski and, on October 22, Timberland.

More than thirty years after its birth in New York, the brand keeps turning its drops into events not to miss. In the middle of all these collabs, one detail hasn’t moved since 1994: the red box logo.

10. Nude Project

Nude Project, the brand founded in Barcelona by two friends who were still students, changed scale in 2026. In April, it opened its biggest store in Barcelona, 300 m² on two floors right in the heart of the old town. The company now has more than 200 employees and around 500 products.

But the real milestone is America. In September, during Fashion Week, Nude Project opened a pop-up in New York, at 42 Greene Street in SoHo, after Miami and Los Angeles. The announcement came with a sketch featuring Miranda Priestly, the editor-in-chief from The Devil Wears Prada. The United States is already the brand’s second market, behind Spain.

The most striking part is how far it has come: two 19-year-old students at the start, an address in SoHo today. If you’re passing through Barcelona, the old town flagship is worth a visit, if only to see how far a brand born between two exams can go. And it hasn’t lost its tone: even to conquer New York, it chose to make people laugh.

11. Tern

Tern presents itself as the internet souvenir shop, and the definition has never been more accurate. This French streetwear brand turns the digital objects of our childhood into clothes and accessories, from the WinRAR tee to the R4 messenger bag, a nod to the Nintendo DS cartridge. Every piece speaks to those who grew up in front of a screen.

And what’s next is already here: on November 2, 2026, Tern releases an official collection with Wikipedia, signed with the Wikimedia Foundation for the encyclopedia’s 25th birthday. Ten pieces, from a €45 tee to a €230 faux leather jacket whose back is assembled from the puzzle pieces of the Wikipedia globe, and a share of the profit from every sale goes to the Foundation. Tern is moving from the objects of the web to one of its monuments.

Tern proves that digital nostalgia has become real fashion territory, between sharp references and nods to web culture. What about you: which object from your digital childhood would you like to see turned into a sweatshirt one day?

12. Trikko

Trikko is the story of two brothers, Ibrahim and Moad. In February 2018, they launched their brand with 500 euros. To keep it alive, they set aside the pay from every shift at an Italian restaurant, paid 3 euros an hour, between university classes.

That story has become the heart of the brand. Trikko speaks to the “gamechangers”, those who start from zero in a city nobody has heard of, with a motto that sums it all up: “Everything is cringe. Until it works.” Its collections stay true to that simplicity, with understated hoodies, joggers and t-shirts, releases designed for the community, and more technical pieces like the Dolomiti Shell jacket, photographed deep in the mountains.

Since September 2024, the two brothers have been working from their own offices in Barcelona, and the brand now ships to more than thirty countries. No major announcement in 2026: the brand simply keeps going its own way. The day you hesitate to launch your own project, reread their motto.

13. Stüssy

More than 45 years in, Stüssy is still a brand that big names come back to work with. Born in California around surfing, then adopted by skateboarding, the label has built an aura that crosses generations, and 2026 proved it again.

In January, its collab with Junya Watanabe took it onto the runways of Paris men’s Fashion Week, before a spring collection of rain jackets and snake patterns. In June, it released its tenth collection with Our Legacy Work Shop, presented in stores in Stockholm, London, New York and Paris. The adventure with Junya Watanabe carried on through October, with an eYe Junya Watanabe MAN work jacket sold by raffle at Comme des Garçons. Finally, October 16 marked the return of the Stüssy x Denim Tears collab.

Ten collections with the same partner, names like Junya Watanabe who keep coming back: this loyalty says more than any number about the brand’s place. Look at the signature scrawled on its pieces: it’s the one Shawn drew on his surfboards in the early 80s.

14. Palace

True to its humor and its London skate roots, Palace Skateboards made 2026 the year of Asia. On February 7, the brand opened its first store in Hong Kong, in Causeway Bay, with a capsule around the South China football club. In May, it opened its first store in mainland China in Shanghai, in a restored complex of old houses.

Palace then opened a third store in Korea, at Lotte World Mall in Seoul, in August, followed by its first store in Southeast Asia, in Singapore’s Orchard district, in October, with a decor inspired by the famous Raffles Hotel. Between openings, the brand kept the collaborations coming: a fifth collection with EVISU in March, then in April an Air Max 95 made with Nike, along with 25 clothing pieces, the third collab between the two brands.

Palace is growing without losing its tone, somewhere between serious and self-mocking. Every new store, every local capsule keeps that mix of British references and skate culture that built its reputation. Proof in Shanghai, where the opening collection slipped the Oriental Pearl Tower next to the hand of the Tri-Ferg.
