Discover the 15 best men's clothing brands in 2027.

In 2027, the best men's clothing brands mix heritage labels and newer creators. Ralph Lauren, Carhartt WIP and 12LUNES share the same logic: considered cuts and a clear identity, in a market that still pushes the easy logo too often.

We picked the trendy brands that really matter in 2027, for men who want cool pieces to wear every day. If you're looking for brands other than Zara for your everyday clothes, start with 12LUNES, Uniqlo or Carhartt WIP: well-built basics and a real identity, without rebuying everything each season. From the big houses to the newer labels, every brand is on this list for a specific reason.

1. Ralph Lauren

Ralph Lauren, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

In its fiscal 2026, from April 2025 to the end of March 2026, Ralph Lauren passed $8 billion in revenue for the first time, up 15%, driven by Asia (+23%) and Europe (+17%). A symbolic milestone for a brand that never chases trends.

These days, Ralph Lauren's playground is also the weekend wardrobe. Spring made that clear: the brand released a collection with MLB built around six baseball teams, from the Yankees to the Dodgers by way of the Red Sox, alongside a spring campaign photographed by David Sims. Baseball, with its caps and club jackets, is exactly Ralph Lauren's playground: American sport turned into everyday clothes. Autumn took the idea far from the drawing room, with a campaign shot beside lakes and in forests, to the rhythm of family weekends.

And in the end, it all comes back to the piqué polo, the piece everyone associates with the brand, at the office or out on a café terrace.

2. Carhartt WIP

Carhartt WIP proved once again in 2026 that a pair of work pants can become the uniform of the city. Always on trend, the brand stuck to the same recipe, sturdy workwear pieces, simple cuts and understated colors, and that's precisely what earns it a place in so many men's wardrobes.

The highlight of the year came on October 23, with the return of Patta. Ten years after their last joint collection, the Amsterdam brand and Carhartt WIP teamed up on an eight-piece capsule, with the OG Active Jacket and above all the Double Knee Pant, the work pant with double-layered knees that has become a cultural object, worn on a skateboard as easily as on a café terrace. The rest of the year followed the same line: in late August, the Icons collection added tobacco and navy blue to six of the brand's classics.

What's special about the Double Knee is that it looks better worn than new. The canvas develops a patina, the color fades, the knees get marked, and the pants end up taking your shape.

3. 12LUNES

Launched in 2020, 12LUNES was born at night and has never really left it. Its name comes from the twelve lunations of a year: twelve cycles of the moon, and none of them ever comes back. So you keep moving, even when everyone else is asleep. That idea guides every piece from the brand, designed to go with you through everyday life.

In 2026, 12LUNES laid the foundation of its wardrobe with 12LUNES ESSENTIALS, a permanent range built around the Full Zip and the Track Pant, in four deep colors: Charcoal, Graphite, Cobalt and Ultraviolet. Pieces you throw on for class, for work or for a night out, and that make an effortless set.

No loud logos, no chasing the hype: 12LUNES moves at its own pace, drop after drop. Its nocturnal world, in purple, black and white, is recognizable at first glance, and every cut is worked on piece by piece to make clothes you end up wearing everywhere.

In 2027, 12LUNES is for people who want a coherent casual wardrobe. If you're new to the brand, the Full Zip ESSENTIALS is still the best way into its world.

4. Drôle de Monsieur

Drôle de Monsieur, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

Born in Dijon in 2014, Drôle de Monsieur built its success on a slogan that became a cult favorite: “Not From Paris Madame”. Embroidered on a t-shirt or a sweatshirt, it sums up the brand's spirit, a relaxed chic that never takes itself too seriously, far from the rigid codes of Parisian fashion. A little jab at Paris, from a brand that would end up setting up shop there.

In 2026, this trendy men's brand made it all the way to Galeries Lafayette. In late March, it opened a permanent 25 m² corner at Haussmann, run by its own teams, on top of its stores in Paris and Seoul and a network of around 280 retailers. On the collection side, the Cuba Heat spring-summer line headed to the Havana of the 1930s to 1950s, with graphic knits in yellow and orange, checks and white fedoras. The autumn-winter show, presented during Paris Fashion Week, refocused on the brand's essentials.

The embroidered “Not From Paris Madame” sweatshirt is still its most recognizable piece, and the best summary of its humor.

5. Uniqlo

Uniqlo, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

Uniqlo has long dressed men who want a simple, functional, well-cut wardrobe. The Japanese brand keeps betting on its essentials, from the t-shirt to the ultra light down jacket, with prices that let you build a solid base without going broke and pieces that go with everything. That's often where a well-built men's wardrobe starts: a few basics that are just right, with stronger pieces added on top later.

Yet 2026 will have been the year of a goodbye. In September, Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran put out their very last Uniqlo U collection, ten years after the line launched in 2016. Ten years of loose, understated pieces, sold at Uniqlo prices. Around them, the big names kept coming, from JW Anderson, in both spring and autumn, to KAWS, on the UT line, and the UNIQLO : C line by Clare Waight Keller, launched in late September.

Uniqlo plays the role of the base here: t-shirts, oxford shirts and fine knits, the layer that the other pieces sit on, working backstage.

6. Patagonia

Patagonia, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

The story of Patagonia starts on rock faces. Yvon Chouinard, a climber, was forging his own pitons before launching the clothing brand in the early 1970s. Since then, its fleeces and down jackets have been worn as much on hiking trails as in town, and have become one of the uniforms of men's casual style. With no overbearing logo and no fashion gimmick, the brand established a simple, practical, instantly recognizable style.

What sets Patagonia apart above all is the decision Yvon Chouinard made in September 2022: handing over the company, valued at around $3 billion, to a trust and to the organization Holdfast Collective, which receives the profits that aren't reinvested and uses them to fight climate change. In 2026, Patagonia also showed that it defends its name firmly, suing an environmentalist drag queen called Pattie Gonia for trademark infringement, a case that drew plenty of reaction. In October, its CEO summed up the company's line: growth, yes, but only on its own terms.

The detail that says it all: when a fleece tears, Patagonia offers to repair it before selling you another one, and even resells secondhand pieces through its Worn Wear program. A brand that stands by its convictions right down to its after-sales service.

7. Represent

Represent, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

Founded in 2011 in Horwich, near Manchester, by two brothers, George and Michael, Represent first made its name with the Owners Club hoodie, the sweatshirt you can wear every day, which became its signature.

But what took the brand to another level was 247. It all started in 2020 with a pair of pants George designed for his own workouts during lockdown: the 247 Pant, still one of the label's best-sellers. Around it, Represent built a training and running line, and above all a new community, the one from the gym and Sunday morning runs: 247 races that have drawn up to 750 participants, a free workout app, and a presence at the London and Manchester marathons as well as at HYROX races. The line now has an entire floor in the Manchester flagship.

In 2026, Represent relaunched the Owners Club in four colors, hit the road with its Highway to Americana spring-summer collection, and opened its first store in Africa in August, at Cape Town's V&A Waterfront. The Owners Club hoodie works just as well after a workout as at the office on a Friday: that's the whole idea of the brand, strong everyday basics that go all the way to the gym.

8. Aimé Leon Dore

Aimé Leon Dore, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

Born in New York, Aimé Leon Dore became a trendy brand by inventing its own take on preppy, somewhere between basketball culture, New York nostalgia and New Balance sneakers. Its recipe: simple pieces, a sharp eye for detail and a very recognizable visual world, from the cap to the knit sweater. Each collection tells a story, with campaigns that look more like family albums than catalogs.

In 2026, the brand opened its first Los Angeles store in mid-April, on Melrose Avenue, after New York and London, with a courtyard and a café. But the release that marked the year was the thirty-piece collection with The North Face in September, the duo's second season. Down jackets, fleeces and technical pieces get the ALD treatment, with colors and materials that take them out of the mountains and into the city. True to form, the brand also kept a spot for New Balance, with a Made in USA 1300 in the spring.

Can a fleece become a collector's piece? That's Aimé Leon Dore's bet, somewhere between sports references and vintage.

9. Ami Paris

Ami Paris, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

Launched in Paris in 2011 by Alexandre, Ami Paris turned fifteen in 2026. Its little red heart, the Ami de Cœur logo, lands on everything from the t-shirt to the cardigan, and the whole brand comes down to one idea: being well dressed without ever overdoing it. Clean cuts, soft materials and understated colors, designed for a man who wants a polished look with no visible effort.

Ami means friend, and the brand took that literally. As the new season got underway, its autumn-winter campaign featured people close to Alexandre, all regulars at the house's shows, photographed by Karim Sadli. The caps in the campaign echo the message of the capsule released this summer, “Thank You for Being a Friend”, and that's exactly the spirit of the house. In June, Ami had also treated itself to a new address at 4 place des Victoires in Paris.

Ami is that effortlessly trendy friend, always well dressed, from the office to dinner, who never looks like he gave his outfit a second thought.

10. A.P.C.

A.P.C., a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

Since it was founded in Paris in 1987, A.P.C. has championed a pared-back wardrobe with no unnecessary details, and its cult piece is the raw denim jeans you age over years. A philosophy that has outlived fashions and still speaks to men who would rather invest in a few well-chosen pieces. At A.P.C., clothes don't shout, they reveal themselves over time, at the pace of whoever is wearing them.

Yet 2026 opened a new chapter. Majority-owned by the L Catterton fund since 2023, the Parisian brand handed its artistic direction in May to stylist Ludivine Poiblanc, whose first collection was announced for spring in Milan, then in Paris, on rue Madame, with the public support of Jean, who created the brand. The style is evolving, and raw denim remains at the heart of the brand.

You don't judge a pair of raw A.P.C. jeans on day one: it takes several months for them to find their true shape.

11. Off-White

Off-White, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

Founded by Virgil Abloh, Off-White left its mark on a whole generation with its arrows, diagonals and ironic quotation marks. Since its creator's death in 2021, the brand has been working out how to keep that legacy alive, and 2026 was a pivotal year. Since September 2024, it has belonged to Bluestar Alliance, a New York brand management firm that bought it from LVMH. Because behind the visual codes that became iconic, the whole question of life after Abloh comes up: what's left of a brand when its creator is gone?

This summer, Off-White launched L/AB c/o Off-White, a younger, more accessible line, selling for roughly $45 to $220, compared with $175 to $4,000 for the main line. It follows on from Off-White For All, created by Virgil Abloh in 2018. In late August, Ib Kamara, who joined the house in 2022, left by mutual agreement, with no successor announced right away. But the brand had already changed its approach: since spring, it has handed ten of its icons to ten guest creatives, from Kid Cudi to A$AP Nast, in a project called 10x10 that runs until April 2027.

L/AB picks up the brand's diagonals and lettering, starting at around $45. And what comes next is being written by twenty hands.

12. Supreme

Supreme, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

“Supreme in 2026 feels like Supreme in 2016”: that's the headline Highsnobiety gave its article on the spring-summer collection from Supreme, seeing it as a return to the brand's great years. Since the announcement of its acquisition by EssilorLuxottica in 2024, for $1.5 billion, many had wondered whether the New York brand would keep its bite. This year, it answered with its collections, with that mix of insolence and skate culture that made it a global streetwear benchmark.

In February, its campaign video was even shown on the Las Vegas Sphere, according to Hypebeast. In June, a clothing capsule with Jordan Brand followed, leather jacket included. The big one landed in August, with an autumn-winter collection of more than thirty collaborations. You'll come across Nike, Kodak and Swarovski, but also a chrome Lambretta scooter and a De Sede sofa: that stretch between the wardrobe and the unlikely object is Supreme's humor all over. Autumn carried on in the same tone, with a suede puffer from Timberland in October, then an Air Force 1 with Nike in snow camo.

More than thirty years after its beginnings, the Box Logo tee is still the simplest symbol of the brand.

13. The Kooples

The Kooples, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

Since its beginnings, The Kooples has embodied a French take on rock chic, with fitted silhouettes, crisp shirts and leather jackets. The biker jacket is its signature piece, the one people associate with the brand first. An aesthetic inspired by Parisian nights and music scenes, which made the brand a success with an entire generation.

Yet the brand is going through a period of transformation. Bought in 2025 by the Verdoso group, it changed its top management in January 2026 and is adjusting its store network. A year of reorganization rather than big announcements, but a wardrobe true to its DNA: well-cut shirts, close-fitting silhouettes and a leather jacket still at the center.

The Kooples biker jacket wears like a second skin: over a white t-shirt for a date, over a black shirt for a night out, without ever changing the silhouette. The cut is deliberately close to the body, which is what gives it that edgy look of its own.

14. Arte

Arte, a men's clothing brand to watch in 2027

Born in Antwerp in 2009 under the name Arternative, dreamed up by Bertony, Arte made its name as a trendy brand with understated graphics and easy-to-wear cuts. The Belgian brand now has stores in Antwerp, Brussels and Paris, on rue du Temple, and shows a strong identity. Its logo and illustrations are recognizable from a distance, without ever tipping into visual overload.

In 2026, Arte extended its story with adidas. Released in early August, the autumn-winter collection created with the three-stripes brand was built around football culture, with co-branded jerseys and tracksuits and two versions of the F50. Sold at adidas as well as at Arte and a selection of retailers, it widened the brand's audience even further. A collaboration that fits its world, between street, sport and graphics.

Its sweatshirts and patterned shirts sum up the brand well: it's the drawing that makes the outfit.
